What this service is

What Mobile Tire Installation Covers

Mobile tire installation is planned tire work done where the car is parked. You already have the tires. The technician removes the wheels, mounts the new tires, inflates them to the placard pressure, and torques the wheels back on.

Mobile tire mounting is offered where available. Whether your job can be done on site depends on tire size, the wheel, equipment, and technician availability. Low-profile tires on large wheels and run-flats are the common exceptions.

This is the top of our installation and maintenance pages. Mounting and balancing, rotation, seasonal swaps, and TPMS sensors each have their own page below. Our part in each one is confirmed on the call.

Why install at the car

What Changes When the Tires Come to the Car

  • No drive to the shop and no wait there

The work happens while you are at home or at work. You skip the drive, the waiting room, and the second trip.

  • Tires you bought anywhere

Online, from a warehouse club, or from a shop that had your size. We check the size against the placard.

  • Inflated and torqued before we leave

Each tire is set to the placard pressure and the lug nuts are torqued in a star pattern.

  • The limits named on the call

Balancing, TPMS sensor work, and some wheel types may be outside what the truck can do. We tell you which first.

Know before you call

Installation and Maintenance Explained

What a tire mount includes

The wheel comes off, the old tire is broken off the bead, and the rim is cleaned where the bead seats. The new tire is lubricated, mounted, seated with air, and inflated to the placard. The wheel goes back on and the lug nuts are torqued in a star pattern. Rubber valve stems are often replaced with the tire. Ask on the call whether that is part of your job.

Balancing and rotation

A new tire is rarely even in weight around the circle. Balancing adds small weights to cancel that out. Without it you may feel a shake in the steering wheel at highway speed. Balancing needs a machine, so ask on the call. Rotation moves tires between positions so they wear at the same rate. It needs a jack, stands, and a torque wrench rather than a tire machine.

Seasonal swap in Central Florida

Drivers who moved from the north ask about winter tires. Central Florida does not need them. A swap here means a worn set coming off or a mismatched tire being corrected. It can also mean a second set of wheels for another vehicle.

TPMS after a tire change

The light should go out once all four tires are at the placard pressure and the car has been driven. A steady light means low pressure. A light that flashes and then stays on means a system fault, often a sensor. Sensor replacement is not part of a basic mount. Ask on the call.

Questions drivers ask

Tire Installation Questions

Can I supply my own tires for you to mount?

Yes, where mobile tire mounting is available. Tell us the tire size and the wheel so we can confirm on the call.

Do you balance tires on site?

Ask on the call. Balancing needs a machine, and whether it can be done at the car depends on the equipment and technician availability.

Do you service SUVs, trucks, or trailers?

Yes. Cars, SUVs, pickups, vans, light trucks, and trailers depending on tire size and availability.

Can you come to hotels, apartments, parking lots, or job sites?
